  • CANCELLATION, REPLACEMENT
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

    Order can be canceled within 24 hours after placing an order online by sending Email to order@ezorder.com.sa


    Order can be replaced with 7 working days. Call toll free number.


  • RETURN & REFUND
  • EZOrder gives you the option to replace and/or return the products bought within 7 days of the receipt of the order.


    The 7-days Return Policy at EZOrder is a “No Question Asked Policy”. You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied.


    All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.


    Refund or Replacement will be initiated ONLY IF the original packaging, accessories, tags, etc. are available. Pick up Driver has the right to refuse pick up in absence of the above.


    Exceptions to the Return Policy:Products such as edible, opened, and used  products are not eligible for return.

  • Dispatch time varies depending upon the location. Major cities in the kingdom delivery within 24 hours. Remote area delivery will be with 3-5 working days.


    Any item out of our product catalog will take 3 working days. Depending on item availability.


    Any furniture item will take maximum 5 working days.
