  We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our self as an office supplies company, established in Beirut, Lebanon in 1995, under a management team with over 35 years of experience in the respective industry.

  EZ Order Office Supplies is currently a mid-sized company in Saudi Arabia specialized in providing the end user with a full and complimentary range of office supplies, equipment, furniture and so much more. We consider ourselves a “one stop shop” satisfying client demand.

Company Information

EZ Order has been in operation in Riyadh since early 2005. We have opened our office in Dammam in 2009, and in 2011 in Jeddah.

EZ order currently having a dedicated workforce over 100 people.  Our objective is to become a leading regional B2B office products supplier in Saudi Arabia.

Company growth client base

  Thus far, the company has accomplished an impressive rate of growth since inception, with a compounded average rate of over 200% per year and is expected to continue to grow at an average rate of 20% per annum over the next 3 years. Sales have reached SR 69M in 2013, SR 81M in 2014 and 93M by the end of 2015. This represents a small share of the Saudi market and highlights the significant potential for additional growth.

  Due to our marketing efforts, valuable service, and extensive experience and dedication, we are now considered in catering to major financial institutions like Blominvest Bank, Deutsche Bank, as well as other organizations like Nokia, Motorola Arabia Inc., Al-Seif Group, Dallah Hospital, Aramex, Pepsi, United States Military Training Mission (USMTM), Al Fahhad Co., Tadawul, Spimaco Carrefour, American Embassy, French embassy, French school, McDonalds, Al-Rajhi Projects, JPMorgan, Drake & Scull International, Al-Khabeer Capital, ABB, Saudi Snack Foods Co. Ltd., GE International Inc., and Arabian Bemco etc…. to mention a few.

  We are also gold partner with Hewlett Packard Co, as well as with CANON, and Samsung, supplying original consumables and hardware to all offices with IT needs. In addition to the above achievements, we have been selected as “HP MPS Gold Partner” starting from Q2-2014. (MPS, Managed Print Service is the active management and optimization of the document output devices and related business processes by facilitating and the implementation of key Software Solution “HP Access Control”.)

  EZ Order distributes a catalogue created through an extensive work with our suppliers, ensuring our customers to always provide them with the most comprehensive and up-to-date selections of office supplies at competitive prices. This catalogue along with a brochure issued quarterly, is distributed to our clients once a year and to our prospects constantly through a well-trained sales force.
