The Punch-out system is an integration between EZOrder and the buyer procurement/ ERP system which enables the buyers to access EZOrder updated products catalogue. Once this integration is established, buyers then can place orders through their ERP procurement system by allowing them to securely log into EZOrder’s e-commerce system and placing their orders directly there and then receiving the placed orders via the Punch-out integration on the buyer system.
In other words, punchout catalogs allow buyers to access suppliers’ catalogs from within their eProcurement platform, automatically synchronizing requisition and purchase order data.
From a technical point of view, our system is capable of integrating the catalog with any e-Procurement system that supports cXML format or the SAP Ariba system.
